HOW TO LIVE A HEALTHIER LIFESTYLE?

Having too many peanuts will increase your cholesterol levels but having them in precise quantity will provide you more energy for the chores.

Water intake: The little changes contribute to a healthy lifestyle. Get yourself a water bottle and aim to finish it. Refill it immediately every time it gets empty. Plan your goal that you would finish at least four such water bottles.

Exercise: Exercising at low levels is still better than no exercise. The biggest mistake one do while exercising regularly is that they ignore their diet assuming that it is not going to affect them as they anyway will burn some calories. 

Meditation: Balancing your duties with your routine and then with your health is a big mess. Meditation is the only path through which you can attain that equilibrium in your life. At times when your mind is anxious and you feel stress the only thing you wish for is a peaceful and calm mind. And at such times a meditation would be your escape. Dr. Karl advises beginning your journey with a five-minute meditation session.

Sleep: Good sleep is one of the most essential needs of the human body. And a healthier lifestyle can only be achieved if your body is ready to fulfill the regular tasks. And to perform that sleep is very important. 7-8 hours of deep sleep will do that for you.
